Elite Fitness Training

Elite Fitness SEI's strength and conditioning training uses functional movements (movements used in daily activity) that are performed at high intensity and constantly varied. Almost every workout has three components: calisthenics (jumping rope, burpees), Olympic lifts (squats, deadlifts), and gymnastics (ring dips, pull-ups). This, combined with metabolic conditioning (running, rowing, biking), is Elit Fitness SEI. Every workout is scaled and customized to the individual's ability. No matter how physical or sedentary your life is, we can improve your health and wellbeing.
