Elite Fitness SEI believes in intense training and good nutrition. Nutrition is not a diet but a way of life. "We are what we eat," and our physiques and performance will reflect that. If you're looking for a nutrition guide, we highly recommend the book ENTER THE ZONE by Barry Sears. Read this book and try to stay in the zone as much as possible. You'll be amazed at the rapid and healthy results.

Even with a good guide, the trainers at Elite Fitness SEI have experienced challenges, either personally or with clients. For this reason, each month we will give a tip to help with some common nutritional issues. This month's tip is, "eat lean meats, nuts and seeds, vegetables, some fruits, little starches, and no sugar." If you follow this tip and remain dedicated to exercise, you will be on the right track.
